Ayodele is the Founder of EnviroMemos, an environmental & energy law and policy think-tank. He is also the Founder of AOB Willows LP, a law firm based in Abuja, Nigeria, where he leads the Environment and Dispute Resolution Practice. He is very competent in research, advocacy and transactions at the intersection of the environment and fundamental rights. Ayodele started his career as Counsel in a top law firm specializing in dispute resolution. He has authored publications on environmental law, fundamental rights, renewable energy law, constitutional law and arbitration. Ayodele obtained his LL.B degree from University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria (now Ekiti State University) graduating in the top three of his class with Second Class Honors (Upper) Division; he then earned a qualifying degree from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, graduating in another Second Class Honors (Upper) Division. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) with Specialization in Environmental & Energy Law and Public Law from the University of California, Berkeley. Ayodele is a member of several professional societies including the Nigerian Bar Association and the Young International Arbitration Group. His hobbies include travelling, mentoring, songwriting, and playing soccer and basketball.
